About Us

Crafttech, part of Verdis in Sweden, is now looking for a driven and committed team leader who wants to help develop our business in landscaping. As a team leader with us, you will lead and plan the daily work for our landscapers and ensure that the work is carried out according to applicable agreements, routines, and safety regulations. In this role, you will play a key role in communicating and collaborating - both with employees and customers.

About the Position

As a team leader with us, you will have a central role in our daily operations and development. You report to the production manager and are responsible for ensuring that all functions within Crafttech - gardening, planning, workshop, snow removal, street sweeping, etc. - operate optimally. You ensure that resources are in place, follow up on goals, and work to maintain high standards according to the company's guidelines. You will also lead and plan the daily work for our employees.

Your main tasks include:

• Operationally lead and distribute work for our approximately 20 landscaping workers
• Ensure that all work is performed according to the company's routines and safety regulations
• Create and maintain good relationships with customers and participate in sales activities such as fairs, customer meetings, as well as startup and follow-up meetings
• Actively work to attract and convert new customers, as well as writing quotes and managing contracts
• Be responsible for administration in the business system and ensure correct documentation

About You

To succeed and thrive in this position, we believe you have a strong drive and a desire to take responsibility for quality and development in the department independently. To succeed in the role, you are a motivating leader who can adapt your communication to different situations and apply a solution-oriented approach, while also being determined and clear when the situation requires it.

We value that you express yourself well in speech and writing, are responsible, and take great responsibility for your tasks. We are looking for someone with experience in leadership, preferably within the landscaping industry or similar. You are a natural leader with the ability to create structure and engagement in your team. Sales and customer contact are a natural part of your daily work, and you are driven by building long-term relationships.

You should also have good computer and system skills and administrative ability, as large parts of the job involve administration in various operational and quality systems. Furthermore, it is important that you are resilient to stress and can handle periods of high workload and unforeseen events effectively. We will also place great emphasis on your personal qualities during this recruitment process.
